I was super fit and athletic until I got out of school. Started my career, got married, and had a beautiful little girl. Next thing I know I ballooned from a solid 195 lbs/14% body fat to 307 lbs in a few short years. Tried losing weight a few times but just never really put my heart into it so it was unsuccessful each time. About 3 years ago, my little 4 year old had a school thing at a park and thats when it hit me....I have this beautiful and amazing little girl counting on me to be around to make sure she has every opportunity available to her. I made a promise to her that day and while I'm disappointed that it took me that long, I'm thankful that I'm still young enough to make a difference. I'll be turning 35 this year (2013) and have dropped to 218 lbs and 22% bodyfat. I workout 6 days a week and look to all of you out there for inspiration/motivation and some eye candy while we're at it. Its been great journey so far and I'm looking forward to seeing what this year brings me. I hope it brings you all out there peace, love, and happiness...and a few less pounds...lol
